Reyna Duong’s love letter to Vietnamese street food operated as a pop-up before taking root in the Cedars. From her casual stand with its funky mural, the energetic chef who approaches her stand with restaurant care serves bánh mi filled with excellent housemade Vietnamese pork sausage, lemongrass pork, ginger tofu or chicken; salads and spring rolls filled with the same; Vietnamese curries; boba fruit teas made with real fruit and tea–lychee lemongrass, strawberry hibiscus with chia seeds; and strong Vietnamese coffee spooled with condensed milk or coconut milk.
