The sleek, tranquil sushi bar that once served handrolls is now after something more ambitious. Namo serves sashimi, nigiri, and sophisticated but not overloaded rolls, all with fish sourced from Japan. Look for chalkboard nigiri selections chosen by the chefs based on what’s freshest, try a lunchtime “okonomi set” (a miniature multicourse omakase tasting), or plan your visit around the monthly premium omakase dinner ($250).
