Bruno Davaillon, formerly of Bullion and The Mansion, debuted his new menu for this bistro in spring 2022. It’s such a big change, they even changed the restaurant’s name from Up on Knox. Many of our favorite Bullion dishes, including leeks vinaigrette, spring lamb stew, and trout rillettes, are finally back in Dallas after a two-year hiatus. Exquisite lunches.
