Chef Jesús Carmona brought back his Tijuana-style seafood taco concept, Tacos Mariachi, after the coronavirus pandemic and renamed it Milagro. In part because it is a miracle we are all still here, in part because Carmona was a virus survivor himself, and in part because the seafood tacos are just that good.
