Pōk The Raw Bar is committed to its fresh aesthetic, including flown-in fish, locally sourced ingredients, and a chic exposed-wood interior. Most impressive, perhaps, is that the West Village hotspot was opened in early 2017 by two 20-year-old SMU students.
