After his tenure at The Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek, French-born Bruno Davaillon, our only Michelin-star chef, imagined this modern French brasserie, his first solo restaurant, shaped to look like a bar of gold. Dishes include bistro classics and regional specialties, like the ethereal white-fish dumplings that are a specialty of Lyon, a cassoulet that requires three days to make, and perfect madeleines.
