Fruits and vegetables are hand-squeezed fresh into a cold-press juicer at an off-site kitchen, then delivered daily to Buda’s four locations. Owners Horatio Lonsdale-Hands and Bernard Lucien Nussbaumer believe that avoiding heat and high-pressure processing keeps enzymes, vitamins, and minerals intact. Juices are certified organic and come in glass bottles for easy recycling. Customers can even bring back containers for a $1 credit toward their next purchase.
