At Tacos Mariachi, a few blocks west of Trinity Groves, owner Jesus Carmona is happy to talk up his Baja-style menu. Among simpler tacos, you’ll find tender cubes of arrachera, a stupendous sous-vide lengua, and a tender carnitas that he calls “confit.” This place has a little bravado and a lot of presence.
