Founded by Paul Hendrick, a Dallas native who left a job in private equity to pursue his passion, Tecovas is a direct-to-consumer cowboy boot brand, and intends to remain that way.
“We were online-only originally. We started opening stores because we were able to upend the way people thought about the [cowboy boot] category, so why not upend the way people thought about retail within the category?” Hendrick says. “For us that meant awesome spaces that you love walking into.”
