Kim Hoegger is no stranger to the home-design retail business. The designer owned the French Pear store and cafe in Rockwall before deciding to close up shop in 2007 to stay home with her children. Once the kiddos grew up, she set her sights on Henderson Avenue and scooped up the former William-Christopher Design spot. The 2,000-square-foot store is filled with antique and vintage finds from all over the country, lighting from Arteriors, Barbara Cosgrove lamps, and Thibaut upholstery, to name a few.
