Water Grill has four other locations along the California coast; despite being hours from the shore, the Dallas location has an impressive selection. A “raw bar” displays fresh oysters on ice and a menu identifying the exact origin of each, down to the inlet or bay. Classic seafood selections include soft shell crab, clam chowder, lobster rolls, and Cioppino.
