This is a kitschy 10,000-square-foot mess hall for barbecue lovers. The quality of the hickory- and oak-smoked meats, particularly moist brisket and pulled pork, exceeded our expectations. The onion rings, house-made pickles, and Key lime pie also deserve shout-outs.
