Chef Michael Ehlert tucked his fine-casual eatery amidst a nondescript shopping strip in Far North Dallas and decorated it with pastel pink tables and string lights. There, heavenly horchata, cider-glazed steak enchiladas, and elotes showered in finely curled citrus zest await. It’s enough to make you forget you’re dining between a locksmith and a Starbucks outpost (and a nice little urban park).
