Chef Nathan Tate and Brooks and Bradley Anderson of Veritas teamed up to create this casual urban bistro serving serious, thoughtful French food and affordable wines. Nutty Gruyère, caramelized onions, and a crunchy slice of baguette help thicken one of the better French onion soups in Dallas. Do not skip the savory crawfish beignets, and give serious thought to the weekly steak specials. The front bar, with its wines and oysters, is a great date spot.
