Yields about 3 cups
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds roma tomatoes (about 6), chopped roughly
½ medium red onion, diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined well. Refrigerate and enjoy.
