Preston Hollow

Mico Rodriguez, the same man who brought you Mi Cocina, has taken over the former Cuba Libre/Lemon Bar space on Henderson to open a tiny restaurant with Mexican-American fare. Try the braised pork smothered with caramelized peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

The menu offers wraps, pitas, sandwiches, light meals, and full-on dinners, none of which top $14. The steak souvlaki, two skewers of spiced beef tenderloin, is hot, tender, and filling. The accompanying Greek salad is a treat.
