At my core I am a problem solver, and I offer some unique mediation and collaborative law solutions at my new firm, Fuller Mediations.
Over three decades, my experience from hundreds of trials and hearings in front of judges and juries across Texas and thousands of hours at the negotiating table has shaped a unique ability: to help individuals in crisis resolve conflicts creatively without destroying each other, their families, their wealth or their businesses.
For each of the last ten years, I have been listed as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Texas in Texas Monthly by Thomson Reuters. In 2012, I was named both Family Lawyer of the Year and Collaborative Family Lawyer of the Year in North Texas by The Best Lawyers in America. I have been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1995 and named among the Best Lawyers In Dallas numerous times by D Magazine, including 2013.
Now I bring my talent, experience and creativity to help resolve conflicts as a mediator from the middle of the negotiating table rather than as a advocate of one side or the other across the table. In short, I mediate, facilitate, consult and collaborate, but no longer litigate.
I help individuals with significant wealth at stake in disputes such as divorces, broken business deals and business "divorces" to resolve their disputes in a way that is less damaging, disruptive and destructive than a courthouse war.
Fuller Mediations provides the following services:
For nearly thirty years, I was a trial lawyer with KoonsFuller PC, one of the largest and most respected family law firms in Texas. I attended Texas A&M and earned a degree in economics, then graduated from Baylor Law School. Growing up in Garland, Texas, I came from and married into a family known for hard work, honest handshakes and simple values.
