Janelle Dorsett, M.D., is a physician at Fertility Specialists of Texas, and she has more than three decades of experience providing patient care as a reproductive endocrinologist.
Dr. Dorsett is double board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility which means she can diagnose and treat the complex causes of female and male infertility.

Dorsett’s areas of special interest and expertise include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), tubal reversal surgery, egg donation, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and pre-implantation genetic testing and diagnosis (PGT-A, formerly known as PGS and PGD).
Dr. Dorsett has been growing families for over 30 years. Her approach to fertility treatment is compassion-driven and she tries to put herself in the patient’s position and treat them the way she would like to be treated. As a result, she cultivates an environment where her patients feel comfortable and supported at every turn.
