Kirameki is located inside Tatsu Dallas, one of the city’s best restaurants. The cocktail bar has seeing for about 10 people, and is only available via reservations. Mixologist Crystal Dirdon-Cooper has created cocktails that feel classic but have Japanese flair, such as the Umami After Dark, made with Iwai wine cask whiskey infused with soba cha (a buckwheat tea), soba brown sugar, umami bitters, and soy sauce from chef Tatsuya Sekiguchi’s kitchen.
