Columbian Country Club pays homage to the Jewish country club of the same name that operated for decades in Carrollton. Hospitality veterans Brian Rutt, Justin Kallhoff, and Jonathan Rosenberg plan to serve martinis along with a tequila program. Expect food like Cobb salad and thinly sliced Parmesan bagels, which happened to be a thing at the real country club.
