Stan Edmund Sewell was a successful businessman and art collector. Kenneth Craig Johnson was an artist with a long history working in galleries. The pair decided to combine their efforts, matching Sewell’s business savvy with Johnson’s artistic tendencies. The result was the Edmund Craig Gallery, which opened its doors in 1998 and offers a selection of art and jewelry. Johnson’s art, which is influenced by his time spent in New Mexico, takes on an abstract style. The gallery represents dozens of other artists from around the country, but it also features the works of local artists such as Marian Hirsch, Tony Saladino, and Deanna Kienast. Kenn Johnson also provides art consultation by appointment.
