Oak Cliff Cultural Center

Profile

After serving Oak Cliff for 12 years, the Ice House Cultural Center hosted its final exhibition—”Reflections of Our Past, Visions of Future”—in September 2009. But the void left by Ice House’s demise will be filled by its successor, the Oak Cliff Cultural Center. Opening in late 2010, the Oak Cliff Cultural Center includes an art gallery, a dance studio and rehearsal space, and classrooms that serve as great lecture spots. Aside from shows in the visual and performing arts, OCCC guests can partake in classes and workshops that teach the finer points of music, dance, and more.
