Cattleack is supposed to be a mere retirement hobby for its owners, Todd and Misty David. But the acclaim has come in from across the country for the Dallas area's best barbecue, and lines form during most of the very limited hours. It is worth waiting for marvelous moist brisket with a black peppercorn bark, beef and pork ribs, and the outstanding special features, which often involve pastrami rubs. Save room for the outstanding Crack Cake.
