There’s no denying that Central Market’s wall of cheese is impressive. It can also be a bit daunting. That’s why we love the individual attention at Molto Formaggio. The Highland Park cheese boutique was one of the area’s first shops devoted to the fine art of cheese. It also sells artisanal crackers, condiments, and wines. But, honestly, Molto’s staff had us at, “Here. Taste this.” We’re a sucker for free samples.
