Pumpkin Bread With Walnuts

Yields one loaf

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 15-ounce can of pumpkin
½ cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
½ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ cup water

Directions
Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil, and eggs in a bowl, and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to pumpkin mixture, mixing well. Stir in nuts and water. Pour into a well-greased 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for one hour to one hour and 15 minutes or until bread tests done.
