Profile
Consilient Restaurants gives us a pub with upscale eats that encourages sharing. Only problem is, the food is so delish, we don't want to share it. Menu items include all-Prime burgers, chicken and waffles, and lobster BLT sliders. All of which are painstakingly prepared with high-end ingredients, yet prices hover around $14. Nice selection of handmade cocktails, too. We recommend the Grapefruit Rickey (vodka, freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juices, and club soda) and/or the Corpse Reviver (gin, Lillet, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and two drops of Absinthe).
