The bar at Five Sixty is perfect for a date. You don't need much more ambiance (not to mention something to talk about) than the city of Dallas sliding by in front of your eyes. Drinks are first-rate, and dining at the bar doesn't get much better than tuna tartare, sashimi, and suckling pig prepared by chef Patton Robertson. Cocktails and wine don't come cheap, but the views and the people watching are worth the extra dollars.
