Blame it on Thursday evening’s $1 champagne for ladies or the big, cozy, covered patio, but whatever the reason, this new Cedar Springs spot packs in pretty people every night. Each day of the week hosts a different happy hour special and Sunday brunch features bottomless mimosas and a skinny Bloody Mary bar. (We’ll take both.) Drinks are organized in “flirtatious blondes” (white wine), “fiery redheads” (red wine), drafts (about 40 beers), and specialty cocktails like La Vida Loca with tequila, agave nectar, juice, and a black salt rim and the Primebar Palmer with wheat beer, a shot of Ketel One Citroen, and lemonade. If you’re staying late and getting hungry, munch on plates from the late-night menu like bacon cheeseburger sliders, spinach and pepper jack queso, or the vegetarian-friendly hummus wrap.
