Of course chef-owner Peja Krstic would go a little bit eccentric on his way to creating an American bistro. French classics, stellar seafood, and touches of his Serbian heritage also sneak onto the menu, as do cornbread brioche (with the showstopping fried chicken platter) and duck fat burger buns.
