Restaurants don't get more Dallas than Casa Brasa, which is a steakhouse and sushi bar that gives away free chips and salsa in a dining room with a DJ booth and paintings of Napoleon. Does it all make sense? No way. Is it all good? Well, skip the sushi, but the ceviche, wedge salad, and cocktails are magnificent.
