We love the house-made condiments at chef Jason Boso's quirky joint, but the burgers here aren't worth the hype. The gourmet meats are ground in-house, but sometimes cooked until they're charred and dried. Diehard fans, though, are loyal as can be to the grown-up milkshakes with a shot of Bailey's.
