Herby’s opened in the quiet, leafy Elmwood neighborhood in 2023. The spot, pioneered by Will Rhoten, or DJ Sober, is a retro-style smashburger joint named for Rhoten’s 10-year-old chiweenie. The signature burger is a feel-good smashed ground beef patty topped with grilled onions, cheese, and pickles.
