Koryo Korean BBQ is the third-generation version of a restaurant which has been here for over 25 years under previous names and owners. Now the traditional foods are still great, and the menu is still long, but the barbecued meats are presented with more sophistication, including dry-aged cuts. This is one of just two places in Dallas city limits licensed to have charcoal grills at your table.
