Chef Omar Flores has raised the bar on tapas in Dallas. Everything from the splendid Spanish cheese and meat platters to the complex plates such as cauliflower confit and bacalao is spectacular. Great for groups who like to share. Nice selection of Spanish wine and a long list of sherries.
