If you remember the Pera dynasty of Turkish restaurants, you’ll be glad to know that the kitchen talent is now at Selda. The restaurant reopened after two months spent repairing fire damage in early 2023, but it’s still going strong, packed every night with fans who appreciate its spicy kebabs, flatbreads, bean salads, and unmissable kunefe dessert. There’s hookah available on the patio.
