Dining Guide

The Club

This is restaurateur Robert Colombo's vision of a "modern-day 21," referring to the swanky New York club-bar; it's the perfect place if you've always longed for the paneled library where you can sip a scotch or martini. There's an Italian twist to the menu and Dom Perignon by the glass ($40). Steaks are grilled on mesquite, then finished in a 1,400-degree broiler.
