Owner Liza Garza-Selcer kicked off the recent “modern Southern” food trend when she opened this delightful restaurant. The accent is on Champagne and fried chicken, but the menu has expanded to include chicken-fried steak, whipped potatoes, biscuits, and shrimp and grits.
