Imagine knocking the scratchy PA system and all those pesky chalkboards out of your elementary school and adding a kickin’ bar and garden patio that would have kept you sane—even in the third grade. You have just imagined Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar, a 1927 Uptown school redo with hip nibbles, meals, and cocktails. The food leaves a lot to be desired, but you can’t beat the patio.
