The glittering domes of two Italian-made, wood-fired ovens turn out Neapolitan-style pies at this sprawling spot on Lower Greenville. (The original location is in Frisco.) The pizzas’ primary cheeses are mozzarella di bufala and mild, milky fior di latte. Opt for a red or white pie. Or for the Vesuvio calzone, draped with prosciutto slices and arugula. All ingredients remain simple, in keeping with the Neapolitan style, and the small but smart wine list leans deeply Italian.
