This is another creation from the Houston-based Pappas family, owner of Pappadeaux, Pappasito's, and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, which supplies Pappas Burger with its meat. The burgers are 9 ounces and served on a utilitarian bun. French fries are excellent; milk shake flavors include Butterfinger and Oreo.
