This family-run, one-location spot got a boost in business when it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. The food differs from others in the city. Tortillas are dipped in chile ancho wash before being rolled into enchiladas, giving them a lighter, more vegetal quality. Chiles rellenos is an eggless poblano pepper stuffed with gooey yellow cheese and crunchy peppers.
