Traditional falooda (a Pakistani dessert) is bubble gum pink with rice noodles, milk, vanilla ice cream, jelly pieces, fruit bits, and basil seeds. Basically, it's this fantastic explosion of flavors in your mouth. If you haven't had it yet, drop everything and go now. (And if you have stomach room left, try the housemade khoya malai kulfi. It's nutty and addicting.)
