Dr. Antonio Berto completed his dental training in Madrid, Spain where he received a B.D.S degree in 2005. He practiced dentistry in Madrid for one year. His mentor Dr. Rafael Minana, an endodontist in private practce, also one of the founders of the Spanish Association of Endodontics, encouraged Dr. Berto to continue his education in endodontics in the United States.
Dr. Berto received his Certificate in Endodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2009. His research on Physical and Chemical Properties of New-generation Endodontic Materials has been published in and received a grant from the American Association of Endodontics. He has also presented his research to the American Association of Endodontists and the DFW Metroplex Endodontic Society. He has authored articles in professional journals and publications and lectures both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Berto is an active member in the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, North Texas Hispanic Dental Association(President 2013), Spanish Dental Association, DFW Metroplex Endodontic Society (President 2014), and the Irving Dental Study Club(Vice-President 2012).
Dr. Berto is married to Michelle, they have a son Antonio and a daughter Ana. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching all types of sports, soccer being his favorite.
Dr. Berto is an owner in Woodhill Endodontics, Highland Park Endodontics and Dallas Endodontics.
