The historic Statler Hotel once featured an underground beauty lounge; today the space is home to Bourbon & Banter, a bar fully stocked with a library of bourbons, craft cocktails, and bar food. Drinks are named after retro ‘dos: the Beehive is infused with poppy, honey, and lemon, while the Undercut has an apple brandy base. Plates range from pan con tomate to foie-gras chicken liver paté.
