Tristan Simon’s Mexi-chic eatery on Henderson Avenue serves elevated Mexican regional fare. Chef Anastacia Quiñones (Victor Tangos) has breathed new life into the original menu. The space is secondhand cozy with first-rate food. Be sure to order the ceviche d’atun, the slow-roasted cochinita pibil, and the avant-garde street corn served in husk boats. We predict that the enchiladas rojo will become Dallas’ new comfort food.
