Girls ages 7 to 14 have gathered at this camp in the Hill Country since 1953 to exercise independence and respect. Each camper chooses from an extensive activity list that includes camp standards plus specialized interests such as scrapbooking, newspaper, and drama. For the second week, campers can change focus to such adventurous interests as rappelling, kayaking, or the climbing wall. Returning campers ages 15 to 17 can participate in a special leadership program. Camps run seven, 10, and 14 days and begin at $795.
