CCAC, a division of the YMCA, is located on 427 acres of preserved prairie with plenty of scenic nature trails and wildlife study activities to satisfy the young outdoor enthusiast. Camp
starts with a “thought of the day” before kids ages 5 to 15 move on to activities like archery, hiking, and swimming. Overnights are offered some weeks for campers ages 8 and older, where kids cook dinner and roast s’mores over a fire, take a night hike, and finally bed down in an air-conditioned cabin. Three levels of pricing are based on family need.
