Camp Champions

Youngsters ages 6 to 18 come to the Texas Hill Country to enjoy activities from archery to rock climbing to crafts, but they also learn to take responsibility, show respect, take risks, and reach out to others. Camp traditions include Trojan vs. Spartan games, campfires, flag raising, and the torchlight ceremony each night. Note to first-time parents:  kindergarten or first-grade kids can try out camp through a one-week introductory term, and the CAM-Parent website allows parents to see pictures and read articles about ongoing camp activities. Camps range from one-week sessions for $995 to three-week sessions for $3,395.
