Ye Ole Butcher Shop


Ye Ole owner Jeff Sparks started working in the shop as a teen, and he bought the joint when his boss retired a quarter century ago. Today, you can still find him behind the counter, offering the same butchering and game processing services he’s been perfecting since the ’70s. Purchase meat by the pound for reasonable rates, or buy in bulk off the butcher block, from pork chops to filet mignon to an entire 216-pound side of beef.
