Thrift Kitten made a quick name change, but the new vintage and consignment boutique is still the same. Housed in a cozy cottage, this vintage and consignment shop offers secondhand clothing and thrifted finds, scouted by freelance clothing hunters. Owner Kelsey McLain’s collection feeds a younger set on a budget. Racks, organized by clothing type, include a hodgepodge of contemporary brands (Forever 21, Express, and Zara, for example) at seriously low prices (under $15).
